Coordinates and administers designated court program(s)
Recruits, trains, and supervises program volunteers and other assigned personnel
Reviews, edits and finalizes program reports
Develops and conducts training programs
Interprets guidelines and regulations to assure program compliance
Assists in preparation of budget requests
Coordinates with local interest groups, agencies and organizations to create community awareness of resources availability and/or recruit volunteers
Builds and sustains positive relationships to represent our company in the community for purposes of collaborating and supporting initiatives involving the Probation Department and related issues
Prepares and maintains records and reports
May direct mentoring programs
Completes projects as needed
