- You’re a seasoned digital marketer with 3+ years experience in a Head of Digital Marketing role
- You’ve got retail digital leadership experience in e-commerce, beauty or fashion
- Data is your second language - you can formulate insights and implement digital marketing strategies to drive profitable growth
- Scaling brands into global markets... you’ve done it before and can do it again!
- You’ve got experience leading and managing a high-performance team
- You’re more than just a leader and strategist, you have specialist experience across all digital marketing areas, in particular search, paid, SEO, CRM, social - orchestrating them all to scale the business
- You’re commercially minded - nothing you do matters unless it drives profitability from your initiatives
- You’re confident in taking on our top performing meme champions at culturally trending moments
