About the role

We are delighted to announce that we are on the lookout for a talented Inventory Coordinator scheduler to join our Supply Chain team based at our Kalgoorlie Explosives Reserves plant. The Inventory Coordinator will operate on a 5 and 2 roster.

The Inventory Coordinator will be a residential role and operate on a 5 and 2  roster. Successful candidate will be required to live in close proximity to the workplace and will not have the option of FIFO (fly-in, fly-out) arrangements.

The Coordinator will work closely alongside our manufacturing teams, third party logistics and distribution companies, and provide accurate and up to date information.

What you will be doing

  • Running daily and weekly Supply Chain reports in SAP to ensure stock accuracy and reconciliation
  • Daily coordination with sites and third-party logistics providers
  • Monitoring “Stock in Transit” ensuring it is always at an acceptable level
  • Liaising with Customer Service Representatives
  • Updating additional freight charges weekly
  • Managing invoicing process for all regional freight providers
  • Processing redirected deliveries and liaising with sites
  • Monitoring shared Inbox queries and
  • Correcting documentation in SAP.

What you will bring

  • Experience in a similar role within mining or similar industry
  • Excellent communication – written and verbal
  • SAP and Excel knowledge
  • Knowledge of distribution/logistics
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to secure necessary clearances ie: National Police Clerance
