About the role

Reporting to the Head of Infrastructure Services, the IT Infrastructure Engineer contributes to the stability, security and efficiency of our network and systems, ensuring seamless connectivity and a robust computing environment for our users. Your work will directly impact our ability to deliver high-quality services and maintain a competitive edge in the industry.

Working in close partnership with key IT vendors, including Telstra, OutcomeX, NTT, Cisco, VMWare, Citrix; the role will assist in overseeing the operations and expansion of all infrastructure across datacentres and facilities.

Duties & Responsibilities

Contribute to the development and execution of the Regis IT infrastructure strategy Manage hardware and software solutions Optimise server and infrastructure performance Troubleshoot issues Drive innovation, adapt to emerging technologies and enhance our infrastructure’s scalability and reliability

Skills & Experience

Managing, configuring Citrix environments (CVAD, Netscaler) Managing, administering O environments  Managing, administering Azure IaaS environments Knowledge of SQL Server Knowledge of PowerShell scripting Knowledge of Cloud Storage & On Premise Storage technologies Knowledge of server technologies such as AD, Exchange , DHCP, DNS Knowledge of Hyperconverged Technologies, ideally Cisco Hyperflex Knowledge of Enterprise backup solutions such as Commvault

Education

Microsoft Certified - Azure Administrator / Designing Azure Infrastructure Solutions ITIL v3 or v4 Foundation or above (eg. practitioner)
