THE ROLE

As a Mobile Service Technician, you will be expected to deliver consistent, accurate, high quality service to your customers. You will become a passionate and energetic team member with excellent skills in communication. The job will challenge you to provide solutions and build relationships with a varying range of customers - calling on customers when you are not in the field servicing or repairing plant and machinery is required. As part of the position you will need to be available to participate in a 24-hour on call roster split between the other technicians. You will also be responsible for developing, building and maintaining relationships with your group of key customers, both new and existing.

You will be based in Regency Park, and in return for your skills you will be provided with a vehicle and full product and job training. There will be above award wages and excellent career opportunities.

The Mobile Service Technician is based in the workshop. Dealing with customers that come in, and providing support to the Centre and Operations Managers as required, this role is a great opportunity to develop into an Operations Manager in time and gain solid experience in hose making.

ABOUT YOU

To be considered for this position you will have:

•Ideally a mechanical trade or equivalent experience
•An underlying level of urgency balanced with strict attention to detail
•The ability to think on your feet and solve problems under pressure
•Good numeracy, verbal and written skills
•A current Driver's Licence (MR preferable but not essential)
•Some flexibility in working hours as after hours availability is a pre-requisite for mobile service work.
