We are now seeking a full time Administration Assistant to join the team at Isuzu Trucks Arundel.

What the role entails:

Raising purchase orders and repair orders Championing in-house systems Processing data and documentation in an accurate and timely manner Liaising with internal and external stakeholders Provide courteous, timely and accurate responses to internal and external enquiries  Maintenance/distribution of a high-volume emails Ad-hoc administration duties Provide general support to our Sales department as required

What we are looking for:

Proven administrative experience - Automotive industry preferred but not essential. High attention to detail and experience working in a fast paced environment Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues Proven time management skills which are effective when under pressure Intermediate level of Microsoft Excel & computer skills Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook & Teams Strong analytical skills Fast Learner Excellent communication skills Always seeking continuous improvement opportunities
