As a Digital Analyst within our Brand & Marketing team, you will drive the success of Marketing Campaigns and equip marketing teams with data and insights to influence decision-making and increase marketing effectiveness.

What will you be doing?

Review marketing activities and understand the effectiveness of media channels, campaign outcomes, and ROI vs. targetsDevelop and present data visualisations to support marketing strategies and inform decisions across paid and organic marketing channelsGenerate regular reports to provide critical insights to the brand and marketing team, as well as the broader businessBuild and maintain digital marketing dashboards to provide near real time performance dataMeet with stakeholders to understand requirements, communicate outcomes and insights, and make recommendations on necessary actionsPartner with internal and external data teams to retrieve, enrich, segment, and establish actionable insightsResearching trends across all digital channels to stay current with industry analytical trends and dataSupport Google Tag Manager management and maintenance, creating tags and triggers for accurate activity trackingSupport the senior digital analyst in delivering the digital analytics roadmapProviding insight on site usage behaviours to assist in the development and achievement of sales efficiencies and revenue for the online channel

What we are looking for in you:

Demonstrated experience working in a similar data analytics role within the marketing fieldStrong business acumen, adept at deriving customer-centric insights aligned with organizational goals and marketing best practicesExceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a meticulous eye for detailStrong stakeholder management skills with the ability to communicate with various levels of an organisationThe ability to navigate ambiguity and experience in analysing both structured and unstructured dataExcellent data storytelling skills, effectively communicating complex findings to non-technical audiencesDemonstrated understanding of marketing channels, including paid search, SEO, social media (paid & organic), programmatic, and email marketingStrong experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager (Good Qualifications desirable)Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPointRelevant tertiary qualifications within Mathematics, Economics, Statistics or similar
