Are you a talented HSE Advisor seeking an opportunity to work in a dynamic business that puts “People First”? Fly to site via Qantas to Port Hedland and then a comfortable bus ride to site collecting those Frequent Flyer points along the way. Small family style site – newly built 18 months ago, great team of people who love what they do and have a great time doing it.

Working at our Sanjiv Ridge site 250km South East Of Port Hedland, WA you will provide support and guidance to site HSE teams, supervisors and trainers as well as be the link between the corporate Safety Department and the project and client senior teams.

To be successful in this role, you will:

Provide support and services associated with Health, Safety and Environment matters to the Project Manager and the Project Team. Coordinate site based occupational health, safety, and environment activities to ensure the competence and well being of people, the integrity of equipment, and the safe handling of materials. Ensure that all personnel and subcontractor personnel are adequately instructed concerning safety procedures and systems and that these are complied with. Conduct safety investigations, prepare reports and recommendations, and implement corrective and preventative actions. Develop, Conduct Monthly Toolbox Talks Conduct regular workplace inspections.
