The Role

In this role, reporting to the Credit Manager you will  be responsible for the full function of Credit Control managing a ledger of approximately 700 accounts; 

  • Outbound collection calls of outstanding debtors
  • Debtor management and control
  • Cash allocations and reconciliations
  • Credit reference checks for new accounts
  • Handling and resolving of customer queries
  • Distributing invoices, receipting, raising credit and processing of payments
  • Assist with ad hoc duties

The Candidate

What will set you apart is your strong communication skills, customer focus and ability to work in a team. Additionally, you will have:

  • Previous solid experience within a Full Function Credit Control (essential)
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Your own transport
  • Intermediate Excel skills
