Due to continued growth, they are looking for skilled Printer Services / Photocopier Technicians to join their expanding teams.

Role Overview:
We are seeking a full-time Print Services Technicians in Queensland. In this role, you will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of a wide range of print devices. You’ll work closely with customers to deliver excellent service, ensuring their printing systems run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install, maintain, and repair printers and associated hardware
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for clients
  • Ensure timely service delivery to meet customer needs
  • Maintain accurate records of service and repairs

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in print services or a related technical role
  • IT Technician / Print Technician / Photocopier Technician experience
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the region
