The Role 
Northrop have an opportunity for an experienced Façade Engineer to complement our multidisciplinary service offerings. 
Initially, working alongside our successful remedial and structural teams to service our existing clients, you will be able to work autonomously and operate on your own initiative.

Key components of this role include, but are not limited to assisting with the following: 

Technical 
  • Structural façade design 
  • Weatherproofing 
  • Sound understanding of BCA/NCC requirements 
  • Thermal and condensation risk analysis 
  • New build and façade replacement 
  • Shop drawing reviews 
  • façade remediation 
  • Peer review of sub-contractor designs
Responsibilities 
  • Prepare fee proposals 
  • Performance specification 
  • Manage your own projects 
  • Mentor and develop junior staff 
  • Client management and development 
The Candidate
