The Role:   

Source Security is expanding, and we’re looking for a hands-on, organised storeperson to join our brand-new Melbourne store. 

This is your chance to take ownership of day-to-day operations and keep our warehouse running like clockwork. 

For those who are eager to grow, progression is on the table. You’ll gain exposure to customer service and sales, opening doors to future opportunities in sales and beyond. 
  
What You’ll Do: 

  • Ensure customers get what they need, when they need it: Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely dispatch.  
  • Stock management: Handle incoming and outgoing stock, maintain inventory levels, and keep shelves well-organised. 
  • Liaise with suppliers: Work with suppliers to manage stock deliveries and resolve any issues. 
  • Be adaptable: Get involved in customer service - pick up the phone, or jump on the front counter, when you see the need.

About You:  

  • Experience: Previous experience in a warehouse or storeperson role is preferred, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are what truly matter.  
  • Self-motivated: You’re able to manage your own time and tasks without needing constant direction.  
  • Detail-oriented: You ensure accuracy in stock control and order fulfillment, maintaining high standards. 
  • Hands-on: You’re comfortable with the physical demands of a storeperson role, including lifting and moving stock in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Licenses: Drivers license and forklift license are required.
