What will I be doing?

As the Concierge Leader, you will play a key role to delivering exceptional experiences for our guests from arrival to departure. You will assist to lead a skilled team, setting the standard for exceptional service and manage daily operations. Your responsibilities will include:

·         Lead a team of Porters to deliver outstanding service to all our guests at all times and in all circumstances

·         Manage a 100+ space car park and oversee the valet parking of vehicles.

·         Keep up to date with local restaurants, attractions and events and create training opportunities for the team to keep updated as well

·         Provide supervisory assistance and administrative support, while always demonstrating a hands-on approach within all aspects of operations

·         Ensure all team members are prepared and well-informed to deliver guests an exceptional experience from check-in through check-out 

·         Ensure that all Guest requests, inquiries and complaints are managed promptly and completely

What are we looking for?

·         Previous experience within the hotel, leisure or retail sector

·         Fluent in the English language in order to communicate professionally with guests and team members, both in person and over the telephone
