We are looking for a permanent full time Accounts Receivable Officer to join our Finance team based in Mosman Park.   

Rocky Bay is a leading not for profit provider of disability services, offering choice and independence to thousands of children and adults living with disability across Western Australia.  We have some exciting times ahead and it is an excellent time to be joining us as we continue to grow.

What you need to do

In this role you will report to the Accounts Receivable Manager and be responsible for:

  • Generating extracts & invoices in Lumary/Salesforce & Greentree
  • NDIA Portal claiming & processing return files
  • Customer email & telephone enquiries
  • Your own customer base & follow up on outstanding accounts
  • Credit note processing
  • Banking
  • Ad hoc duties as required
