IT SAP Manufacturing Analyst

The role

aims to facilitate the effective delivery of applications, maintenance, support, and consulting to our business units, requiring individuals to generally focus on SAP Functional support and development tasks. You will possess a broad range of knowledge and expertise to operate effectively specialising in SAP EAM and Materials Management including cross module and external application integration.

Job responsibilities include:

Support ticket resolution in a timely and effective manner in line with the agreed SLA. Collaborate with business functional owners to understand their needs to design and implement SAP solutions. Management the SAP development life cycle through Business requirement gathering, technical specification design, configuration and post go live support. Facilitate the SAP change management process including user acceptance testing and sign-off. Mentor business users and other IT team members as applicable to your SAP knowledge and skills.

Internal: Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Corporate and IT peers External: Software Vendors and Partners

Along with the SAP EAM and MM it would be a bonus if the candidate has specific experience working in a manufacturing environment with some experience in the following:

Inventory Management Production Planning Project Systems SAP integration methods LSMW ABAP Query

About you:

We seek a candidate experienced in supporting SAP systems and developing SAP business solutions, who possesses excellent verbal and written communication abilities. The ideal candidate should hold a Bachelor Degree in Information Technology and/or significant relevant work experience in SAP EAM and Materials Management.
