About the role
ORGANISES AND MANAGES PINATA BERRY FARMS HARVEST TO ENSURE SAFE, RELIABLE, EFFICIENT, TIMELY AND PROFITABLE OPERATIONS BY
- Meeting or exceeding agreed production goals at or below budgeted cost.
Main Responsibilities
(must be demonstrated in your application letter/resume)
- Providing performance feedback on quantity and quality production
- Establishing agreed yield forecasting methods
- Execute crop maintenance tasks when required
- Ensuring all reports understand their role and responsibilities
- Discussing order and customer requirements with the Site Operations Manager
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
