Role Overview
IAM/Security Engineer role that would suit an Engineer with extensive experience in IAM technologies including Ping, ForgeRock or Okta etc. You'll be responsible for design, development and support of the application.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, configure and implement IAM solutions on Ping identity products in an AWS environment.
  • Contribute to the change, Level 3 support and governance of the Identity as a Service (IDaaS) platform hosted on AWS.
  • Provide technical support to project teams as well as the Level 3 support teams.
  • Consult with business stakeholders on requirements and solution options.
  • Triage business requirement to advise on the appropriate solution options on the Ping platform.
  • Review and update project handover and operation documents.
  • Liaise with the CTO teams - Channels and Security Architecture teams to ensure design integrity and strategic alignment.
  • Lead and mentor team members.

Skills Required
AS an experienced Engineer with extensive experience in IAM technologies including Ping, ForgeRock or Okta, etc. you will have:

  • Proven experience with Ping/ForgeRock or other IAM application suite.
  • Knowledge of security design and principles for IAM solutions.
  • Hands on experience with SAML, OAuth, OIDC, LDAP etc.
  • Ideally, experience in a DevOps/Cloud environment (especially AWS).
  • Preferably a background in development.
