As an experienced Chef you will work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment that strives to deliver outstanding healthcare to our residents at mecwacare Calwell Manor, a 43 – bed facility. Your strong work ethic and the ability to work independently and cohesively with the team will assist in providing quality food experience.

What you bring:
Previous experience in Aged Care. Certificate III or IV in Commercial Cookery. HLTFSE001 Follow basic food safety practices (Release 1). HLTFSE005 Apply and monitor food safety requirements (Release 1). HLTFSE007 Oversee the day-to day implementation of food safety in the workplace (Release1). Food Safety Supervisor. Demonstrated knowledge of kitchen operations and management of kitchen staff. Availability to work Monday - Friday. Experience in the preparation and presentation of food for large groups.
