Our  SMSF Specialist Team supports clients managing their compliance and advisory in relation to their Self-Managed Superannuation Funds (SMSF’s). We are a national team with deep experience in administration, compliance, and strategic legislative advice in relation to all rules and regulations that apply to SMSF’s. We continue to look ahead and collaborate with the other service lines in the business to support clients in their continually business success and growth. We are equipped to decisively deliver new ways of thinking, big-picture perspectives and acute insights that help clients make informed decisions. 

Your Opportunity

Manage the compliance process and client deliverables over several portfolios both locally and interstate. Provide superannuation and tax advice to a diverse portfolio of SMSF’s. Work closely with stakeholders and clients to strengthen relationships and grow your portfolios. Further develop your technical expertise working across different services lines and client portfolios. Integral to the development and execution of business development plans. i.e. client presentations, industry events and writing in industry publications Grow as a mentor and develop managerial skills, overseeing team members, encouraging their continued professional development. Work with a Personal Development Manager on your career growth and personal goals.

Experience in SMSF’s is essential. Also, beneficial to have experience in Tax, Accounting or Business Services with the willingness to learn and develop your skills across the sector. Strong analytical and writing skills in the provision of legislative advice. Ability to work with timelines and manage conflicting responsibilities and tasks. You will be able to demonstrate an ability to keep up to date and understand any changes to the rules and regulations that affect SMSF’s. Class software experience. Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills will be key as you develop relationships with key stakeholders both internally and with our clients. Experience in mentoring team members in utilising their full potential. A client centric approach and ability to understand your clients’ business.
