Job Opportunity

As the Compliance and Administration Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to support the Farming and Technical Services teams in meeting sustainability and Safety Audit requirements. You'll also play a crucial role in helping achieve safety operational targets by offering your technical expertise and administrative assistance.

Located in the Burdekin region, this position offers the opportunity to become an integral part of our Farms team, engaging in a diverse range of tasks; from overseeing general environmental health and safety activities to data management you'll experience a broad spectrum of responsibilities across the group. Your organizational skills will be essential in managing this unique role within the agricultural sector of our business.

Responsibilities

  •  Provide general assistance and support for the day to day processes involved in Sustainability, Environment, Health and Safety as they relate to Wilmar Farms and Technical Field Department.
  • Coordinate and organise data and information required for audits
  • Analyse and report on audit data findings
  • Administer support to general operational processes, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning across various aspects of our operations
  • Provide direction to management regarding safety policies and procedures
  • Provide administrative support to all incident investigation and reporting activities

The Successful Applicant

Our ideal candidate will hold a diploma or higher in EHS, Natural Resources, or Environmental Science, or is currently enrolled in a relevant program. Alternatively, we welcome those with equivalent technical expertise gained through hands-on experience and training. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a prerequisite, coupled with outstanding organizational skills and accurate data management skills.
