An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Guest Services Manager, to join our team on a full-time basis.

Key responsibilities:

Reporting to the Support Services Manager, you will be required to provide leadership to our non-clinical Cleaning, Waste and Linen services whilst delivering a high standard of service to our patients, staff and guests

Responsibilities will include:

·       Managing an Environmental Services team of up to 50- 60 individuals

·       Provide training and guidance to both new recruits and current staff members

·       Organisation of the rosters

·       Financial and budget management

·       Ensuring strict adherence to all OHS and Infection control procedures

Essential Criteria:

The ideal candidate for this role will have:

·       Previous Leadership experience in an Environmental services capacity, ideally from a hospital or in the hospitality sectors

·       Previous experience with a computerised rostering system (i.e. Kronos etc).

·       Highly developed customer service skills

·       Flexibility and adaptability

·       Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·       Extensive cleaning knowledge in all surface elements

·       Knowledge of OHS and Infection control procedures

·       Demonstrated ability to train and upskill staff.
