We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Manager to lead a team of 8 in delivering account management and customer service to inbound clients in the food and service industries.

About the role:
Managing a small team of experienced sales and customer support staff, this role will entail overseeing the efficient processing of customer orders and queries. Providing motivation and leadership to the team, your role will also include but is not limited to:

- Day to day management of the team
- Providing escalation, complaint handling and solution finding support to the team
- Rostering and general administration of the team
- Performance feedback, reviews and goal setting with the team
- Coach, mentor and develop skills and product knowledge of the team
- Coach, mentor and develop skills of your team
- Liaising with other departments to ensure customer order success
- Identify growth areas for the team, driving a positive culture
- Ensure all orders and customers are being managed with a high level of service and communication

About you:
- Experience managing or leading a team
- High level customer service skills
- Experience in pronto or similar ERP software
- High attention to detail and time management skills
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously in tasks requiring high-level accuracy
- Eagerness to learn and excellent listening skills
- Strong verbal communication
- Experience in any logistics / food / transport / scheduling roles would be a bonus
