About the position:

As a Swim School Instructor, you will need to provide high quality swimming instruction for those learning to swim, with on point communication skills so you can convey your message clearly and succinctly.  You will need to demonstrate your enthusiasm for teaching and have the ability to provide positive reinforcement to help your students grasp new techniques and stay motivated.

It is mandatory that you hold a Current Resuscitation Certificate, Working with Children Clearance, Austswim Teacher of Swimming & Water Safety Award and Bronze Medallion or Swim Instructor Rescue Award.  If you possess an Infant Aquatic Teacher Certificate this would be seen as advantageous.
