Maxwell Recruitment currently has a great opportunity for a Trade Qualified Boilermakers for a workshop-based role.

This is a casual position with work scheduled through to, and beyond Christmas with competitive pay rates without having to drive up the Valley.

The Benefits

  • Excellent pay rates over $55 casual plus full penalties & overtime scheduled

  • Temp to perm positions
  • Lake Macquarie and Rutherford-based workshops

The Role

  • Heavy fabrication of underground mining equipment
  • Flux-cored wire MIG and stick welding
  • Gouging, grinding, and plasma cutting
  • Interpreting technical drawings

The Requirements

  • Trade qualified Boilermaker
  • Experience in workshop-based welding and/or fabrication
  • Experience in heavy industry mining, oil, and gas industries is preferable
  • Happy to work overtime where required
