Our children’s services operations include the management of kindergartens, early learning centres and before and after school care. We have over 90 services across Victoria. Our Youth programs have an increased presence in Ballarat through our Youth hubs, workshops and in our ReCranked and JumpStart programs.

Our Opportunity

We are currently recruiting for casuals to join our relief pool for work in the Bass Coast and South Gippsland Regions and are looking for Early Childhood Teachers, Diploma and Certificate III Educators to join our motivated and enthusiastic team.

The role will require someone who is focused and able to work within tight time frames and enjoys working towards a common goal.

As part of the Y Ballarat, you will have access to structured support, leadership and shared services functions.

Y Kinders manage these services in the Bass Coast Region:

  • Inverloch & District Preschool
  • Newhaven Kindergarten
  • Wonthaggi Drysdale St Kindergarten
  • Wonthaggi White Rd Kindergarten

We also manage these services in the South Gippsland Region:

  • Mirboo North ELC
  • Mirboo North St Andrews Kindergarten

Qualification: Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education or Early Childhood Degree with relevant industry experience.
