• Demonstrated ability to adeptly manage staff, patients, and visitors
• Noteworthy focus on leadership, cultural sensitivity, and effective teamwork
• Robust commitment to process improvement, keen attention to detail, and proficient time management
• Competent handling of inventory procurement and staff scheduling
• Offering assistance to dentists as required
• Covering expenses for flights and accommodations
• Prior experience is essential as there is no senior dentist available on-site for support.
• The client is open to flexibility regarding the workdays, which can fall anywhere from Monday to Thursday.

About You:

• Prior clinical experience is desired
• Current AHPRA registration and working rights in Australia
• Passion and motivated about providing quality care
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• If willing to relocate the client can assist with relocation
