Our team is dedicated to providing data-driven, technology-focused solutions that address complex challenges for both our external audit teams and clients.Your OpportunityForm part of the Data Analytics & Emerging Technology team where you will perform a key role in delivering cutting edge technology support to Audit and Assurance clients by:Applying your knowledge to shape decision-making processes using tools such as SQL, Alteryx, Celonis, PowerBi, Microsoft Azure cloud technologies and AI-power solutions for a range of clients with a focus on audit quality & innovation.Sharpening your analytical skills and produce meaningful insights that support engagement teams and underpin crucial decisions.Supporting the development of junior team members through coaching and overseeing deliverable work to achieve KPMG's quality standards.Guiding engagements to analyse client information to produce accurate reports for audit and assurance engagements.Gaining exposure to Data and Analytics (D&A) and other audit tools that enhance the effectiveness of audit and assurance services.Undertaking diverse projects where you'll interpret and analyse data, facilitating informed decisions for our audit clients.Contributing firsthand to the transformative impact of data analytics in the audit decision-making process.Access training programs and resources to stay updated on industry trends.How are you extraordinary?You demonstrate a strong tone and culture towards audit qualityYou are a highly organised, efficient and task driven individual,You take initiative to seek out solutions in a timely manner,You actively seek out work to build your skill set,You work well within a team and independently, andYou have a keen interest in innovation and technology.Your ExperienceAt KPMG, we believe diversity of thought, background and experience strengthens relationships and delivers meaningful benefits to our people, our clients, and communities. To be considered for this opportunity, your qualifications, skills & experience could include:Bachelors in Technology, Data Science or Engineering2-3 years experience working with one or more of the following tools; SQL, Alteryx, Celonis, PowerBi, Microsoft Azure cloud technologies and AI-power solutions.Experience of working the SAP, Oracle and Microsoft families of ERP systems from a data or controls testing perspectiveExperience with the ETL processExperience with KPMG D&A tools, such as KPMG Clara, advantageousExperience with Microsoft officeCritical thinking, problem solving and & communication skills.Additional InformationKPMG is a professional services firm with global outreach and deep sector experience.
