 This is not your typical butcher role We are looking for an experienced Portion Cutter / Order Cutter to join our team. If you are tired of serving customers, or working late nights and weekends, this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

In this role, you will:

  • Cut and portion meat to precise specifications for orders, without the need for serving customers
  • Focus exclusively on preparing meat for high-end restaurants, pubs, hotels, and catering clients
  • Work in a professional and supportive team with regular early finishes

This role is perfect for someone with butcher experience looking to transition away from retail work.
