Quarry Supervisor

Position Overview:

We require an experienced Quarry Supervisor to join the team. The ideal candidate will uphold high safety expectations while overseeing day to day quarry operations. The role requires someone who embodies the principles of excellence, integrity, collaboration, and endurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise day-to-day quarry operations to ensure efficiency and safety.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and procedures.
• Train and mentor quarry staff on safety practices and equipment operation.
• Coordinate with maintenance team for equipment upkeep and repairs.
• Monitor production targets and adjust operations as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, production, and equipment maintenance.
• Collaborate with management to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in quarry operations.
• Strong commitment to safety with experience implementing safety protocols.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team.
• Knowledge of quarry equipment and processes.
• Relevant certifications or training in quarry operations is a plus.
