Our busy clinic located in Coffs Harbour is seeking a casual medical receptionist . The role is rotating throughout the 2 clinics within Coffs Harbour with flexible shifts scheduled Monday-Friday between the core hours of 7am-9pm . Saturday shifts are also available.
What will you be doing:
Providing excellent customer service and patient care Managing appointments to maximise customer service and clinic efficiency Developing and maintaining strong working relationships with patients, referrers, staff and managers Driving the delivery of high quality service to patients and referrers Covering shifts where required, including sick leave and annual leave.Life at I-MED Radiology
