About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Relief Manager to provide Operational support across our aged care villages across the Goulburn/Bathurst region.
This is a multi-site opportunity that will be responsible for relieving our Community Managers & Village cooks in times of absence, including the day-to-day management of the Community, asset enhancement, financial and people management, resident satisfaction, risk and legislative compliance.

Key Accountabilities
- Ensure the Community is always providing quality services to residents in line with industry best practice and/or as directed by management
- Ensure the Community is presented to a high standard by attending to cleaning / upkeep and Community building/kitchen cleanliness and compliance
- Manage staff, residents and visitors who attend the Community
- Conduct and report on site audits (including kitchen) to ensure the appropriate standards are being maintained
- Provide support to residents by ensuring their health and wellbeing is a key focus
- Actively strive to increase occupancy in line with budgets
- Engage key community contacts to promote the Community and drive business outcomes.
- Support the resident community in the delivery of resident-initiated social groups and events
About You
- Current "C" class drivers’ license (site dependent)
- Excellent administrative, financial controls and practices
- Ability to identify problem areas and to use initiative and effective communication skills to resolve these issues
- Ability to respond well to emergency situations
- Confident and proficient at reasoning with people
- Ability to work without supervision and problem solve
