About the role:
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be working closely with the UK based sales team looking after the repairs process across a variety of locations.

  • Deliver a fantastic customer experience through all customer interactions.
  • Managing a portfolio of customers through the repairs process whilst liaising with stakeholders
  • Investigate repair cases.
  • Ensuring the compliance with code of conduct and policies

Ideal candidate:
Our ideal candidate would be a person with strong interpersonal and communication skills who comes from an insurance industry background or must have done motor vehicle claims assessment.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Must have Full work rights in Australia (VISA's are ok but need to have at least a year left till the date of expiry).
  • Experience in the Insurance industry is very essential.

Requirements:

  • High level of professional customer service.
  • Proven ability to meet sales targets, KPI's and success metrics
  • Claims management experience is advantageous.
  • Exceptional time management skills.
  • Passionate to help others.
  • Confidence in working for a global team.
  • Willingness to develop and learn on the job.
