The Position

Providing leadership support to Head Chefs delivering exceptional catering service across corporate sites in the CBD Assist with stock control, budgets, rostering, staff mentoring & training Ensure all OH&S compliance is achieved Ensuring all catering controls are in place and wastage is kept to the minimum Strong emphasis on modern, wellbeing, inspired menus with a focus on visual presentation.  Maintain efficient operations across multi services and liaising with multiple clients and key stakeholders across the business

The Person

Qualified Chef with Cert III in Commercial Cookery or above Experience at Sous Chef level in a corporate catering or high end functions environment Attention to detail and great time management Comfortable working across multiple sites in the Sydney CBD where required Have a genuine passion for using sustainable practices and local produce  A high level of commercial acumen & Proficiency in applications of Microsoft 365 Experience in HACCP, food safety and infection control
