The Opportunity

We are looking for a Graduate Chemist to join our comprehensive two-year graduate program designed to empower and enable you to make a real difference at Iluka and a positive impact on your career.

Our graduate roles are permanent full-time positions. With the support of our experienced teams to guide and mentor you, our graduate program is designed to provide the best experience and to further develop your existing knowledge and skills.

Our program commences in February 2025 and you will be based at our Capel facility in the Southwest of WA.

About You

  • A recent graduate with a degree in Science, majoring in Chemistry

  • Flexibility to travel and reside in various locations within Australia

  • Hold a current and valid Australian C class Drivers Licence

  • Possess strong communication, leadership, problem solving and interpersonal skills including influencing and decision making
