Due to our continued success within the Energy sector, Monadelphous is seeking two QAQC Coordinators to join our Energy team. This role will see you working across our Tier 1 client contracts by providing implementation and ongoing improvement strategies. This is an office based role with adhoc site travel requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the implementation of the Monadelphous Quality Management policy, system, and strategies
  • Actively communicating and contributing towards a positive quality culture
  • Review project specific documentation (Work packs, work execution methodologies, repair instruction authorities etc.)
  • Develop, collate or review Manufacture Data Reports (MDRs)
  • Develop/review Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs)
  • Provide support for Non-Conformance Reports (Raise, investigate and closure)

What you’ll bring:

  • Previous years’ experience in the QA/QC field, ideally within the Energy industry with robust knowledge of the AS/NZS ISO 9001 quality environment
  • Minimum CSWIP 3.1 Welding Inspector Level 2 or approved equivalent
  • A good understanding and knowledge of Welding and NDT activities
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to communicate with varying levels of stakeholders (internal and external)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite
  • A proven track record in building and maintaining effective relationships with clients and on site Inspectors
  • A demonstrated ability in compiling MDR’s within the construction industry
