Essential skills & qualifications
• Enjoy work that requires a high attention to detail
• Be comfortable working within a cleanroom environment (Compounding Technician) for most of your working day
• Be highly productive
• Demonstrate a good understanding of basic mathematics
• Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
• Be flexible across shifts within the operational hours
• Experience in pharmacy, manufacturing or warehousing would be an advantage but not necessary
• Tasks involve manual repetitive handling and dexterity
• Previous manual compounding experience highly regarded
This role is subject to the following:
• A pre -employment medical including stringent vision screening (GMP requirement), background and reference checks.
• Meet Baxter’s COVID 19 Vaccination policy – Fully Vaccination or a medical contraindication certificate
• Meet compliance and requirements for a mask fit test
