About the Opportunity 
In this newly created role, you will work between the Business Partnering, Employee Experience and Workplace Relations & Compliance teams with a focus on enhancing the experience our leaders and team members have with the P&C function.
 

In this Role 
•    Lead initiatives to drive greater leader and team member self-service in relation to the application of P&C policies, processes and procedures. 
•    Manage the P&C pages of Metcentral to ensure current information is available that supports self-service.
•    Provide advice to P&C Advisors in relation to P&C policies, processes, and procedures.
•    Deliver training to P&C and other teams focusing on P&C policies, processes, and procedures.
•    Assist with implementing group wide P&C initiatives. 
•    Owns the people calendar of cyclical activities.
•    Review and optimise the use of Salesforce to ensure efficiency, consistency, and capture of data.
•    Provide data and insights on case themes and recommendations to address any areas of opportunity to enhance leader and team member experience with P&C
•    Work with the broader team to ensure the consistent application of P&C policies, processes and procedures.
•    Provide back up support for P&C Advisors to assist with overflow of work.

You’re Likely a Match If 
•    You’re passionate about and experienced in all aspects of People Operations 
•    Experience planning and executing P&C programs, through to completion 
•    Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•    You’re change management experience, and ability to scale this capability in leaders across the organisation is essential
•    Ability to build effective working relationships and partner with key stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes are achieved 
•    Proven Strong leadership abilities to guide and motivate project teams, manage stakeholders, and drive project success.
