About You:
- Certificate in Food Handling Desirable
- A practical understanding of catering and nutrition needs of older adults in residential care
- Ability to comply with safe work practices and food handling practices
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
- Basic kitchen knowledge and experience
- Ability to read and interpret dietary information
- Experience in Aged Care food service
- Knowledge and understanding of Person Centred Care
- Familiarity with basic computer programs - Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
