About You:

  • Certificate in Food Handling Desirable
  • A practical understanding of catering and nutrition needs of older adults in residential care
  • Ability to comply with safe work practices and food handling practices
  • Ability to communicate effectively in written and spoken English
  • Basic kitchen knowledge and experience
  • Ability to read and interpret dietary information
  • Experience in Aged Care food service
  • Knowledge and understanding of Person Centred Care
  • Familiarity with basic computer programs - Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
