As a Senior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our strategic decision-making processes through expert analysis in mergers & acquisitions (M&A), financial modelling, and investment opportunities.

  • Conduct comprehensive financial analysis, including financial modelling, to support M&A activities, investment strategies, and corporate development initiatives.
  • Assist in project planning, feasibility studies, and buy versus build analysis to guide future business investments and expansions.
  • Monitor and analyse portfolio performance, conducting benchmarking exercises to identify areas for optimisation and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with business units to provide analytical support and insights on mergers, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions.
  • Contribute to the development of corporate strategies and business plans based on rigorous financial analysis and market research.
  • Support divestment activities through financial analysis and strategic recommendations.

About you:

You are an exceptional communicator, works well with stakeholders of all levels, executes to plan, and has a natural problem-solving mindset to create solutions that suit the needs of the business, you will also have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, with a strong focus on financial modelling and M&A transactions.
  • Exceptional analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and other financial modelling tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to interpret complex financial data and provide strategic recommendations.
  • Strong commercial acumen and the ability to influence decision-making processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments and levels.
