Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced TechnologyOne Data Migration lead to oversee and manage the migration of data to the TechnologyOne platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data migration, project management, and in-depth knowledge of TechnologyOne. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders to ensure successful data migration projects.Your responsibility will be to oversee all phases of data migration, from initial planning to execution, and through to post-migration validation, ensuring the accuracy and security of our data throughout.Your OpportunityDevelop comprehensive strategies and plans, including scope, timelines, resources, risks, and contingencies for migrating data into TechOne environments.Lead and manage the execution of complex data migration projects, focusing on integrating data into TechnologyOne.Utilize in-depth knowledge of TechnologyOne to guide and execute data migration activitiesLead and mentor a team of data migration specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.Liaise with cross-functional teams to establish data requirements and comprehend the business implications of data migration.Implement data quality assurance processes to identify and address data discrepancies.Oversee the extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes for data migration into TechnologyOne CiA, troubleshooting any issues that occur.Validate and reconcile the accuracy and integrity of data migrated into TechOne, identifying and rectifying any discrepancies to ensure seamless data integration.Ensure compliance with data security and data privacy regulations during migration.Effectively communicate with all stakeholders about the data migration process, potential challenges, implemented solutions, and progress.How are you extraordinary?You're passionate about technology and innovation, finding novel approaches to solve problems. You thrive in a collaborative and innovative culture and want to join a firm that values problem solvers, the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and key stakeholders.Your ExperienceExtensive experience in data migration and project management, with a focus on TechnologyOne.Solid understanding of TechnologyOne data structures, principles, and best practices.Proven track record of leading successful data migration projects.Strong understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.Proficiency in SQL and experience with ETL tools.Familiarity with data modelling and data cleaning techniques.Exceptional problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide teams effectively.Excellent project management skills, capable of multitasking and meeting stringent deadlines.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.QualificationsAny Bachelors or Masters Degree10+ years of strong experience in Data migration ETL solutionsAdditional InformationKPMG is a professional services firm with global outreach and deep sector experience.
