Job Description

  • Oversee daily operations of the food and beverage departments, ensuring exceptional service standards and guest satisfaction.
  • Lead, train, and motivate a diverse team, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
  • Manage inventory, budgeting, and cost control to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.
  • Coordinate with other departments to plan and execute events, ensuring seamless service and guest experiences.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with a focus on training and development.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Superior communication and customer service skills, with the ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues effectively.
