Your Role

You'll be the first point of contact for the service, managing our reception and being part of a busy administration team who provide professional and efficient support to the team.

Your tasks will include:

General administrative support duties (including general reception, answering phones, emails etc)Management of incoming and outgoing mailProviding advice and information on Ozcare's products and servicesPreparing detailed documentsMaintaining accurate records and documentation

Role Requirements

Be vaccinated (and maintain up-to-date vaccinations) against Influenza and Covid-19Current Police Screening CertificateCurrent Queensland drivers' licenceCertificate IV in Administration or equivalent experienceExcellent computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
