Electrician

UGL Utilities are looking for  Electricians  to join the Hunter Power Project team.

The Hunter Power Project is the construction of a 660MW Power Station comprising of two heavy-duty open cycle gas turbines. Located in the in the Hunter Valley region of New South Wales, 35 km west of Newcastle.

About You:

Demonstrated experience as an Electrician in similar environment Knowledge and experience in Power Station or Oil and Gas Experience with HV switching, HV Switch rooms & HV Switchyards highly regarded Proven commitment to promoting safety, quality, and environment compliance on site. Able to work autonomously and as part of a team

Key Requirements:

A grade Electrical Licence  Trade Qualification Construction White Card CPR/LV Driver’s licence

Desired 

Work Safely at Heights High Risk Work Licence - WP (Work Platform) HV Switching Ticket Construction experience desirable Heavy industry experience
