Role Overview: As a Sales Agent at Compare Club, you will be an important part of our success, engaging with customers over the phone to navigate their health insurance needs. 

Your responsibilities include:

  • Initiate meaningful conversations with customers to understand their insurance requirements through insightful questioning.
  • Provide expert advice on a range of health insurance policies, ensuring customers make informed decisions.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, ensuring each interaction delivers an exceptional experience.
  • Drive towards ambitious sales targets with a results-oriented mindset, consistently exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
