Job Duties/Essential Functions

Wrapping and unwrapping the pallets Sorting the pallets and labelling as required (some heavy lifting involved) RF Scanning Operating electric pallet jack to move pallets of received and sorted merchandise to shipping lanes or to other areas of the depot General upkeep of depot and grounds Other duties as directed Must be able to work in split shift / rotating roster / Saturdays Must have warehousing experience and physically fit Chiller/Cold Storage Distribution experience is an advantage. Chiller/Freezer temperature work required (between 5 to -18 degrees) Must be versatile and keen to work in both Ambient & Chiller and in different departments as per business needs.

Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery

Forklift, EPJ, Computer, printer, phone, calculator, handheld two-way radio.

Non-Essential functions

Assists in other departments where necessary.

Qualifications 

Education/Training: Higher School Certificate preferred. Licenses/Certifications: Must have Forklift Licence Knowledge/Skills: Basic Computer Skills Other Skills and Abilities: Chiller/Cold Storage Distribution experience is an advantage.
