Service Stream’s Utilities division are currently seeking a Field Supervisor to lead a team of qualified electricians performing meter installations.This role is paramount to the success of our meter installation operations and offers the right candidate a busy and exciting role where no two days are the same. Nature of position: Permanent, full-time
Location: Banyo, QLD
Reporting line: Field Services Manager Key Responsibilities Lead a team of field-based meter technicians comprising employees and subcontractors. Ensure all works are completed in accordance with both safety and quality standards. Conduct a mixture of live and post audits Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities Solve operational issues and liaise directly with the client to deal with any escalations. Motivate and encourage the team. Co-ordinate and assist in the training and ongoing development of all staff and subcontractors. Work with the back of house team to ensure work is scheduled accurately and appropriately. About You To be successful in this position you would have the following qualifications: Full Electrical License. Valid Driver’s License. First Aid Certificate CPR and LVR Previous experience in meter replacement works (CT metering experience desirable). Proven client management skills. Excellent leadership capabilities with the ability to get the best out of a workforce.
