Asset Engineer

This role, reporting to the Performance Asset Manager, is essential for optimizing asset performance through compliance, risk management, safety, and efficient operations. The primary goal is to enhance the strategic value of our assets by proactively managing risk and ensuring compliance with corporate governance standards through thorough assessments and reporting.The asset engineer will be relied on to thoroughly understand the data from SCADA systems as well as O&M teams data and reports for renewable assets and be able to write detailed reports and liaise confidently with investors and offtakers.Engineering degree, preferably in electrical engineering5+ years of experience in solar PV/renewable energy projects preferredTechnical knowledge of solar farms/BESS projectsExperience in defect identification, root cause analysis, and rectificationExpertise in PV plant performance monitoring and improvementProficient in concise and accurate reportingSelf-motivated with the ability to work independentlyData driven and high attention to detail
