What role will you play?

As Delivery Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the successful delivery of complex projects and initiatives, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in alignment with our strategic goals. You will have a high attention to detail as you are proactive on managing risk, regulatory and compliance obligations. You will work collaboratively with our Product Owners to bring your planning and delivery expert judgement in guiding and building delivery roadmaps. You will also work collaboratively with stakeholders across our organisation as many of our delivery initiatives require stakeholder consultation and input.

What you offer

  • 8+ years of experience in technical project management within the financial services industry, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
  • 6+ years as a Tech Agile Delivery Lead, Technology Iteration Manager or IT Project Management
  • Customer obsession and a product mindset to create a world class experience for our people and customers
  • Experience implementing SaaS and 3rd party cloud solutions in an enterprise and managing these suppliers
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, and capability to initiate and lead conversations with business leaders and risk management colleagues
  • Strong analytical problem-solving skills and commercial mindset
  • Experience at forecasting and planning at the project level to remediate risks and dependencies of delivery
  • Demonstrated flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and business needs
  • Super user skills on Atlassian toolsets (e.g., JIRA and Confluence).
