About You :

  • Diploma or Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources

Position Summary :

This role is responsible supporting and advising on human resource management matters, this includes but not limited to advice on Fair Work Act requirements, award analysis, employment contracts, sub-contractor arrangements, performance management, recruitment and selection, grievance and conflict resolution, mentoring and development and negotiations.

  • Mature approach to tasks with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Excellent computer and software skills
  • Strong training and coaching skills

Job Responsibility :

Advise and support Remote Strategy Plus on the following types of Human Resource Management matters across agreed projects:

  • Development, establishment, evaluation and implementation of the organisational strategic and business plans
  • Development and implement organisational Human Resource policies and procedures
  • Participate in Human Resources risk management activities that identify and control all risk/threats
  • Resolving complex work issues
  • Workforce development plans
  • Industrial Legislation, Regulations and Agreements
  • Development, and negotiations of various Enterprise Agreements
  • Development, maintenance and implementation of human resources management systems
  • Recruitment processes
  • Employment contracts, inductions, probationary reviews, flexible working agreements, volunteers, work experience students, poor performance and misconduct
  • Human Resource and Organisational quality reviews, including advice on implementation steps for improvement

In this role you must

  • Produce timely and accurate reports, with clear referencing and sound record keeping
  • Provide timely, expert information and advice
  • Fully understand the issues and exercise sound judgement when representing Remote Strategy Plus, or providing advice
