As an Account Manager, you'll oversee a diverse portfolio spanning industries like construction, motor, and asset management, with a focus on building strong, lasting relationships while ensuring client satisfaction and retention. You’ll collaborate across teams to develop and implement strategic growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with clients and broker partners to maximize success
- Collaborate with internal teams (claims, underwriting, operations) to deliver exceptional service
- Travel for client and market visits (including interstate) as part of your strategy
- Lead the renewal process, ensuring alignment with underwriting guidelines
- Support new business initiatives, showcasing services to prospective clients
- Contribute to team strategies that enhance client experience and optimize processes
- Report directly to the Head of Account Management and collaborate with teams across Melbourne and Sydney
The Ideal Candidate:
- Account management experience, preferably in Financial Services, Insurance, Risk, or Commercial
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Proactive, highly organised, and able to juggle multiple priorities effectively
- Knowledge of credit insurance is a plus but not essential
- A team player, eager to learn and grow
